Token claim fulfillment events from a Starknet rewards or airdrop contract, recording when tokens are successfully distributed to recipient addresses. Used to track claim completions, distribution amounts (typically 1,200 or 1,800 tokens with 18 decimals), and identity-to-recipient mappings.
