BR00VSCTF012, issued by VERT, is a tokenized structured-credit fund interest that records onchain exposure to VERT's FIDC Byx Mozart - Mezzanine, a regulated Brazilian credit instrument brought onto public blockchains through the VERT Tokens platform [S1][S2].

The token tracks VERT's FIDC Byx Mozart - Mezzanine (BR00VSCTF012), a fixed-income structured-credit position whose returns derive from the cash flows of the underlying receivables [S3][S4]. VERT Asset Management manages structured fixed income funds, and lifecycle events including issuance, payments and transfers are recorded onchain for traceability and auditability [S3][S1]. VERT does not provide firm guarantees or allocate proprietary resources to operations [S3].

The underlying instruments are Brazilian regulated capital-markets securities such as credit-rights investment fund interests, and the token is a digital representation of these structured-credit instruments rather than a distinct legal claim [S2][S3][S1]. VERT operates as a São Paulo, Brazil group of entities under CVM, the Central Bank of Brazil, ANBIMA and B3, with tokenized issuances stated to comply with CVM Resolutions 60 and 160 [S5][S6][S4]. VERT applies KYC standards, PLD/FTP anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing policy, LGPD data protection and ISO 27001 information security [S3][S6]. Offchain redundancy is maintained through VERT's internal systems and Brazil's regulated financial infrastructure [S7].

The platform is built on the Ripple XRP Ledger and integrates the XRPL EVM Sidechain, an Ethereum-compatible smart-contract environment [S7]. VERT records lifecycle events onchain with timing increasingly close to real-time and provides automated settlement with stablecoins and automated digital signatures through blockchain interfaces and APIs [S1][S7]. Onchain records include issuance events, cash-flow information and lifecycle documentation enabling daily traceability [S4].
