As a physical commodity holding, the token does not accrue interest or distribute income; returns track movements in the underlying silver value.

The issuer of record is Denario AG, formed in Switzerland, with tokenization conducted through the Tokengate platform. The holder's claim takes the legal form of direct co-ownership of identifiable physical silver, rather than an unsecured contractual claim against the issuer. The metal is held as allocated silver granules in Swiss duty-free vaults under the custody of BB Wertmetall AG, providing tokenholders with a property interest in segregated reserves. Holders are entitled to co-ownership of the stored silver, and the custodial arrangement separates the reserve metal from the issuer's own balance sheet.

DSCN is issued onchain as a fungible token whose balances correspond to allocated silver positions.
