TG Commodities, S.A. de C.V. is incorporated under the laws of El Salvador and is authorised as a Stablecoin Issuer and Digital Assets Service Provider subject to the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) of El Salvador, with its offering documented in a Relevant Information Document submitted to the CNAD.
