Swarm xGold Tracker (xGold) is a gold-backed token issued by Swarm Markets through SwarmX GmbH. Each token represents a claim on allocated gold, is a direct claim on the issuer, and has being wound down issuance. The metal is held in vaults in the United Kingdom operated by Brink’s. Retail investors, professional investors, accredited investors, qualified investors, qualified purchasers, and institutions can mint and redeem directly with Swarm Markets after completing KYC, and holders have a contractual right to redeem for the metal's cash value. SwarmX GmbH is incorporated in Germany. Holder terms are governed by the law of Germany. xGold has been issued on Polygon as an ERC-20 token since June 2025.
