Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund (USCC) is a tokenized fund share issued by Superstate through Superstate Crypto Carry Fund, a series of Superstate Asset Trust and managed by Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC with Superstate Advisers LLC as sub-advisor. Each token is a direct claim on the issuer. The fund is open-ended, invests in U.S. multi-asset, keeps its assets in accounts segregated from the issuer's own funds, and charges a 0.75% annual management fee. Its assets sit with Anchorage Digital, administered by NAV Fund Services, with Superstate Services LLC as transfer agent and Ernst & Young LLP as auditor. Qualified purchasers can subscribe and redeem in USD, with a USD 100,000 minimum and two-to-five-business-day subscription settlement after completing KYC, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with two-to-five-business-day settlement.
