SuperVaults implement ERC-7540 asynchronous tokenized vaults with ERC-4626 compatibility across Ethereum, Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Unichain, and HyperEVM [S2][S6]. Same-chain deposits mint instantly; cross-chain deposits use a keeper-verified process [S1]. Redemptions are queued asynchronously with shares escrowed pending fulfillment [S2]. Offchain validators compute PPS and submit EIP-712 attestations accepted after two-thirds quorum consensus [S2].

Superform SuperUSDC (SUPERUSDC) is a tokenized fund share issued by Superform.

Each token is a direct claim on the issuer.

The fund is open-ended, invests in crypto assets, and keeps its assets in accounts segregated from the issuer's own funds.

Retail investors, professional investors, accredited investors, qualified investors, qualified purchasers, and institutions can subscribe and redeem in USDC and instant subscription settlement, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with monthly settlement.

SUPERUSDC has been issued on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token since November 2020.
