EUSX uses non-rebasing appreciation, so one EUSX may be worth more than one USX over time as the underlying strategies accrue value, with rewards periodically distributed by a Harvester program [S1]. Solstice Foundation, based in the Cayman Islands, is the contracting and issuing entity for the Terms and Conditions [S4][S8]. EUSX represents a proportional share of Solstice's delta-neutral strategies [S1]. Direct mint and redeem is limited to KYC'd institutional partners, while secondary acquisition on Solana decentralized exchanges is permissionless [S5][S2]; users must be 18 or older and not sanctioned, with restrictions for the United States, United Kingdom, mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore [S4]. Unlocking applies a 7-day cooldown above $1,000 and 24 hours at or below $1,000 [S1]. Underlying USX collateral is custodied offchain with Copper and Ceffu [S5][S6].

EUSX is an SPL token (Solana Program Library) issued on Solana mainnet, described as Solana-native only with zero bridge dependencies [S1][S2]. Holders mint by locking USX in the YieldVault and exit by unlocking after the cooldown or swapping on Solana decentralized exchanges [S1]. Solstice eUSX (eUSX) is a tokenized fund share issued by Solstice Foundation through Solstice Foundation and managed by Equinox Strategies Ltd.

Each token is a direct claim on the issuer.

The fund is open-ended, invests in multi-asset, and keeps its assets in accounts segregated from the issuer's own funds.

Its assets sit with Ceffu and Copper.co, with Richie May as auditor.

Professional investors and institutions can subscribe and redeem in USX, with a USX 0 minimum, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with monthly settlement.

Solstice Foundation is the issuing entity.

Holder terms are governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands.
