Unlike STBT, which accrues yield through daily supply rebasing, wSTBT accumulates yield into its token price [S1]. Reserve NAV is maintained slightly above token supply as a buffer, and yield is quoted after fees [S1].

Prometheus Solutions Ltd, operating as Matrixdock under a British Virgin Islands (BVI) nexus, issues the token through a bankruptcy-remote orphan special purpose vehicle (SPV) whose equity is held under a purpose trust, segregating reserves from Matrixdock's balance sheet [S4][S5][S1]. Matrixdock states it makes no offer to buy or sell any securities or other instruments and will not treat website users as its clients [S6]. Holding 1 STBT equals 1 USD NAV of short-term U.S. Treasuries; access is restricted to Accredited Investors completing KYC onboarding, excluding restricted jurisdictions [S1][S3]. Redemptions process T+2, with T+0 redemption available within a $1M daily global limit [S1].

wSTBT is the non-rebasing wrapped variant of STBT, supported on Ethereum, BSC (BNB Smart Chain), and Arbitrum [S1][S2]. Mints process T+0 while redemptions settle T+2 [S1]. Reserve NAV and composition are disclosed daily through onchain Proof of Reserves feeds and an independent Transparency Panel providing view-only access to reserve bank accounts [S1][S7].
