ChinaAMC HKD Digital Money Market Fund Class A USD (CAMMU) is a tokenized fund share issued by Libeara through ChinaAMC Digital OFC and managed by China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited. Each token is a direct claim on the issuer. The fund is open-ended, invests in money market instruments in global markets, and charges a 0.15% annual management fee. Its assets sit with Standard Chartered Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited, administered by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, with Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited as transfer agent and KPMG as auditor. Retail investors can subscribe and redeem in USD, with a USD 1 minimum after completing KYC, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with two-to-five-business-day settlement.
