The protocol operates through smart contracts deployed on StarkNet that automatically execute trades using liquidity pools funded by users who deposit token pairs in exchange for LP tokens and fee rewards. JediSwap generates revenue through trading fees collected from each swap transaction, which are distributed to liquidity providers and potentially to governance token holders. The platform utilizes StarkNet's Cairo programming language and STARK proof system to achieve high throughput and cost efficiency while maintaining Ethereum-level security through regular state commitments to the main chain.

JediSwap facilitates decentralized trading of digital assets through automated market maker mechanics, allowing users to swap tokens, provide liquidity to earn fees, and participate in yield farming opportunities. The platform leverages StarkNet's zero-knowledge proof technology to offer faster transactions and lower costs compared to Ethereum mainnet while maintaining security and decentralization. JediSwap also features governance mechanisms that enable token holders to participate in protocol decision-making and parameter adjustments.

JediSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol built on the StarkNet layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum. The platform operates as an automated market maker (AMM) designed to provide efficient token swapping and liquidity provision services within the StarkNet ecosystem.
