PRIME is minted by staking wYLDS, which is backed 1:1 by YLDS, the SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin minted by Figure Loans, LLC on Provenance Blockchain [S4][S2]. A portion of capital is matched to borrower demand in the Democratized Prime HELOC+ pool earning the clearing rate, while unmatched capital earns the YLDS rate of approximately 3.3% [S2]. Yield accrues continuously and is realized upon unstaking, with token count stable and no rebasing, less a 0.50% annual Hastra platform fee built into the PRIME rate [S1][S2].

PRIME is issued by the Hastra Protocol and is not issued by a single corporate entity; no registered legal entity, jurisdiction of formation, or regulator is published for the issuer [S5][S3]. Hastra describes itself as a core contributor to Provenance Blockchain, aligning with HASH tokenholders [S3]. The holder's claim is staked wYLDS, a liquid staking token minted by depositing wYLDS into the protocol's vault [S1][S2]. PRIME can be unstaked back to wYLDS at any time with no permanent lock-up, the vault burning PRIME and returning wYLDS [S1][S2]. No minimum redemption amounts apply [S1].

PRIME operates primarily on Solana under the SPL token standard, with wYLDS and PRIME also framed as ERC-20 on Ethereum [S1][S6][S7]. PRIME is minted by staking wYLDS at 1:1 in the dashboard and burned on unstake to return wYLDS [S1][S2]. Yield rewards are computed offchain pro-rata by holdings and duration and distributed onchain [S8].

Each token is a direct claim on the issuer.

The fund is open-ended, invests in private credit, keeps its assets in accounts segregated within a bankruptcy-remote structure, locks up subscriptions for 0 months, and charges a 0.5% annual management fee.

Retail investors can subscribe and redeem in wYLDS and instant subscription settlement, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with instant settlement.

Signum Ltd. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

Holder terms are governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands.
