USDG is issued natively on Solana, Ethereum, Ink, and X Layer and follows the ERC-20 protocol on Ethereum, with all transactions operating according to smart contract rules. Global Dollar Network

Global Dollar (USDG) is a U.S. dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos through Paxos Issuance Europe Oy.

Each token is redeemable one-for-one for U.S. dollars and is a direct claim on the issuer.

Reserves are held in segregated accounts within a bankruptcy-remote structure, attested monthly by KPMG LLP.

Institutions can mint and redeem directly with Paxos in USD after completing KYC, and holders have a contractual right to redeem at par.

Paxos Issuance Europe Oy is incorporated in Finland, is authorised under MiCA, and is supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Holder terms are governed by the law of Finland.

Paxos Digital Singapore Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore, is licensed as a payment institution in Singapore, and is supervised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

USDG has been issued on public blockchains since October 2024 and is native to Ethereum, Solana, Ink, X Layer, Arbitrum One, and Robinhood Chain.
