Holders receive economic exposure to the Janus Henderson Anemoy Treasury Fund (JTRSY), a yield-bearing strategy backed by short-term U.S. Treasury securities under the Anemoy Treasury strategy, with Anemoy as investment manager and Janus Henderson as sub-investment manager [S2].
