ACRDX, issued by Anemoy and tokenized by Centrifuge Network Foundation, is tokenized fund interest that represents an ERC-20 share-class claim on the Anemoy Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, structured in partnership with Apollo Global Management [S1][S2].

Each token tracks the net asset value (NAV) of the Anemoy Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, a diversified credit portfolio of corporate lending and asset-backed positions. The share token represents an interest in a fund managed by Anemoy, with yield reflecting the underlying credit strategy and accruing to the share-class NAV [S1][S3]. Special purpose vehicles supplying third-party services charge a service fee borne through the fund structure [S4].

Centrifuge Network Foundation, the protocol-operating entity, is registered in the Cayman Islands [S5]. Holders receive ERC-20 share tokens issued by a share class within a pool, representing a claim on the underlying fund strategy [S1][S6]. The Terms of Use state that neither Centrifuge nor any affiliated entity is licensed in the holder's jurisdiction [S7]. Services may be restricted to sophisticated, accredited or qualified investors, with KYC and AML onboarding required [S7]. Each RWA pool ties assets to its own SPV, keeping pool assets bankruptcy-remote from the originator and pledged to the legal issuer [S4]. Redemption uses asynchronous, request-based flows processed on the hub chain [S6].

Share tokens follow the ERC-20 standard with ERC-1404 permissioning hooks, issued from ERC-7540 asynchronous and ERC-7575 multi-asset vaults [S1][S6]. The protocol is deployed across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Plume, BNB Smart Chain, Optimism, HyperEVM, Monad and Pharos, using a secure burn-and-mint mechanism for 1:1 cross-chain movement [S6][S8]. NAV and price-oracle updates are computed on the hub chain and distributed to all networks [S6].

Lenders deposit funds into Tinlake and receive interest payments from borrowers (supply-side fees).

Centrifuge protocol enables asset managers to tokenize, manage, and distribute tokenized funds onchain, while providing investors access to a diversified portfolio of high-quality tokenized assets.

CFG tokenholders own and govern the protocol. They do not currently take a cut of the total interest paid by borrowers (revenue). Centrifuge's investors include IOSG Ventures, Galaxy Digital, TRGC, etc.

Anemoy Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund (ACRDX) is a tokenized fund share issued by Centrifuge through Anemoy Capital SPC Limited and managed by Apollo Global Management.

Each token is a direct claim on the issuer.

The fund is open-ended, invests in private credit in global markets, and charges a 0.5% annual management fee.

Its assets sit with J.P. Morgan, administered by Trident Trust, with MHA Cayman as auditor.
