Bridge is a stablecoin issuance and payments platform (acquired by Stripe in 2025) that lets companies launch fiat-backed stablecoins through APIs. It issues USDsui, Sui's native USD stablecoin, through its Open Issuance platform.

Revolut Euro (EURR) is a euro stablecoin issued by Bridge through Bridge Building S.A.

Each token is redeemable one-for-one for euros and is a direct claim on the issuer.

Reserves are held in bank deposits, in segregated accounts within a bankruptcy-remote structure.

Retail investors and institutions can mint and redeem directly with Bridge in EUR after completing KYC, and holders have a contractual right to redeem at par.

Bridge Building S.A. is incorporated in Luxembourg and is authorised under MiCA.

Holder terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg.

EURR has been issued on public blockchains since February 2026 and is native to Ethereum and Polygon.
