Ventures Fund I (Robinhood Stock Token) (RVI) is a token tracking RVI shares, backed by dedicated collateral, issued by Robinhood through Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, and distributed through Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited with Alpaca Securities LLC as broker. The underlying security is listed in North America. Each token carries no voting rights. The collateral assets are held by Alpaca Securities LLC in accounts segregated from the issuer's own funds and Security Agent Services AG as auditor. Retail investors and institutions worldwide can mint and redeem directly with Robinhood after completing KYC. Residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions the issuer restricts cannot mint or redeem with Robinhood. Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited is incorporated in Jersey, is offered under an SEC Regulation S exemption, is offered under an EU-approved prospectus, is issued under Jersey Financial Services Commission consent, and is supervised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein. Holder terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. RVI is native to Robinhood Chain as an ERC-20 token.
