Each WCOP token tracks the Colombian peso (COP) at a 1:1 peg and is backed by fiat reserves held in a Colombian bank account. [S2][S3] As of March 31, 2026, the issuer reported 104,898,654 WCOP issued against collateral of COP 107,966,549.02. [S1][S2][S4] Collateral is attested and certified by local public accountants, with issuance and burn data verifiable onchain. Moonbird S.R.L., an Argentine entity, operates the Ripio platform and is registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (PSAV) under N° 36, dated June 5, 2024. [S1][S5] Moonbird is not authorized to operate as a financial entity by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), and funds in payment accounts do not constitute deposits or carry such guarantees. [S1][S6] Ripio's terms state the tokens are not a negotiable value, security, or commodity. [S5] KYC identity verification is required. [S7] Holders convert WCOP to and from fiat via the platform on-ramp and off-ramp, with collateralized stablecoins redeemed by returning the token to release the equivalent reserve. [S2][S4]

WCOP is an ERC-20 standard token. [S4] Issuance and burn reports are available onchain across Ethereum, World Chain, Base, Polygon, Gnosis and Binance/BNB Smart Chain.
