Holders supply U.S. Dollar Coin (USDC) into the Fasanara Digital Credit Vault, a basis-trading facility benchmarked to Bitcoin open-interest funding, and receive LP tokens representing their lending position [S3][S1]. The vault lends to whitelisted institutional borrowers and pays lenders a variable interest rate benchmarked to third-party data sources, settled on fixed time cycles [S1]. Borrower liabilities back the facility, and a performance fee on generated returns is borne by lenders [S3].

The Terms of Service are entered into between Idle DAO LLC, trading as Pareto, and the user, and the asset is issued through smart contracts under DAO and multisig governance rather than by a single corporate entity [S4][S2]. The holder's claim is an LP token governed by a Master Loan Agreement signed onchain between the liquidity provider and the borrower [S5][S1]. Lending is restricted to verified lenders completing KYC and KYB through Keyring, who must be at least 18 and are excluded if resident in New York, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, the Crimea region, or Venezuela [S5][S4]. The vault operates onchain as Pareto Credit Vaults across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism, with governance multisigs and timelock on Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, and Polygon [S3][S6]. Verified lenders deposit USDC to mint LP tokens and redeem on fixed cycles of one to four weeks, with weekly keeper rebalancing and an early-exit option within 72 hours if the next cycle's rate drops by at least 1% [S1][S7].
