ParetoFAL-USDC, issued by the Pareto Protocol smart contracts under the governance of DAO and multisig tokenholders, is a tokenized private-credit vault that represents a fractional lending interest in an institutional structured credit facility extended to FalconX. [S1][S2][S3]

Holders supply U.S. dollar coin (USDC) into the FalconX Credit Vault, an onchain lending facility that pools verified lenders' stablecoins and lends them to FalconX, a whitelisted prime-brokerage borrower, under fixed or variable interest benchmarked to third-party data sources. [S2][S3] Lenders hold LP tokens representing their lending position and earn interest accruing over fixed cycles. [S2][S4] A 10% performance fee applies to the FalconX facility. [S3]

The interface terms are entered into between Idle DAO LLC, trading as Pareto, and the user; the vault is not issued by a single corporate entity but operates through smart contracts under DAO and multisig governance. [S5][S1] The lending relationship is governed by a Master Loan Agreement signed onchain plus the Terms of Service. [S4][S2] Lending is restricted to verified lenders only, with KYC and KYB performed through Keyring and per-vault credentials. The vault operates onchain through ERC-20 LP tokens across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism, with governance multisigs and timelocks on each network.
