Each nWISDOM token represents a share of a non-custodial vault holding tokenized real-world assets, including a diversified index of private credit, structured products, and income funds curated with asset partners such as WisdomTree [S1][S2][S3]. The token is total-return and NAV-accruing: dividends and yield from the underlying strategy channel back into the vault, increasing token value proportionally with no separate distributions [S1][S3]. The deposit flow carries no management, minting, or subscription fees; instant redemptions incur a 0.1% to 0.5% liquidity fee [S4][S5].

The vault token is issued through Nest DAO LLC, a Republic of the Marshall Islands non-profit DAO LLC established under the Marshall Islands Decentralized Autonomous Organization Act of 2022, and is not issued by a single corporate entity; the protocol is developed by Kimber Labs Inc. (d/b/a Plume Network Inc.) [S6][S7]. The holder's claim is an ERC-20 receipt token representing deposited assets in protocol vaults [S1][S6]. Access is permissionless with no KYC, gated by onchain AML screening excluding the United States and restricted jurisdictions [S8][S9]. Holders redeem by burning the token for pUSD plus accrued yield; assets and cash are held by third-party custodians such as BNY Mellon [S4][S3].

WisdomTree Plume Vault (nWISDOM) is a tokenized fund share issued by Plume Vaults through Nest DAO LLC and managed by WisdomTree Digital Management, Inc.

The fund is open-ended and invests in private credit.

Its assets sit with The Bank of New York, administered by BNY Mellon.

Retail investors can mint and redeem directly with Plume Vaults in USDC, pUSD, and USDT, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with two-to-five-business-day settlement.

Nest DAO LLC is incorporated in the Marshall Islands.
