DOC, issued by the Money Onchain Protocol smart contracts under the governance of MoC tokenholders, is a U.S. dollar (USD) pegged stablecoin that is 100% collateralized in Bitcoin held onchain rather than in bank reserves [S1][S2][S3].

Holders receive value tracking the U.S. dollar (USD) at a 1:1 peg enforced by smart contract, redeemable for the equivalent value of 1 USD in Smart Bitcoin (rBTC); DOC is not yield-bearing, with Bitcoin volatility absorbed by BPro holders under a risk-sharing model [S1][S2]. Minting and redemption fees apply at 0.15% paid in rBTC or 0.1% in MoC tokens; transfers are free once tokens are issued [S1][S4].

The operating company is MOC INVESTMENT CORP., also referenced as mimLABS, with terms governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and arbitration seated there under ICC rules [S5][S6]. The tokens are issued by autonomous smart contracts rather than by a single corporate entity, and the system is characterized as an experimental prototype carrying high risk [S6]. Access is restricted for persons in the United States of America, Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Egypt, Macedonia, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Qatar, and Vietnam [S6]. DOC is redeemable anytime for rBTC through the dApp, with collateral held non-custodially in smart contracts [S1][S2].

DOC is an ERC-20-style token with 18-decimal precision, issued natively on Rootstock (RSK) and also available on Arbitrum [S1][S7]. Minting sends rBTC to the protocol, which calculates DOC issued; redemption is immediate for free DOC or queued for settlement processing [S7]. Bitcoin pricing is provided by the OMoC decentralized oracle operated by MoC-staking node operators [S2].
