JSOY, issued by Universal Demeter Limited, is a tokenized commodity asset that represents soybean exposure as a blockchain-based digital representation of a real-world asset linked to verifiable real-time commodity data [S1][S2].

Each JSOY token tracks the spot price of soybean, a physical agricultural commodity, with the token presented as a digital representation of real-world grains and agricultural production carrying verifiable digital collateral [S1][S2]. Universal Demeter Limited links tokens to verifiable real-world data using a stack of blockchain, geospatial intelligence, and artificial intelligence (AI), framing the asset within a financing, trading, and collateral product model spanning origination to liquidation [S1].

JSOY is issued by Universal Demeter Limited, which operates the Justoken platform and is publicly associated with Buenos Aires, Argentina [S1][S2]. Justoken characterizes its tokens as digital representations of commodities, energy, and natural resources turned into financial digital assets backed by physical commodities, agricultural production, and verifiable digital collateral [S1][S2]. The platform references serving banks, financial institutions, and institutional clients through its issuance and servicing infrastructure [S1]. For its tokenized-fund line, Justoken cites Argentina's securities regulator, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), though commodity product pages reference only auditability and regulatory compliance generically [S2][S3].

Justoken names the XRP Ledger (XRPL), a public Layer-1 blockchain, as the network for its flagship energy product, and operates end-to-end infrastructure for tokenizing, monitoring, trading, and financing real-world assets across its broader commodity product set [S1][S3]. The platform references high-level trading availability and traceability tooling linking tokens to verifiable real-world commodity data [S1][S3].

Tokenized commodities

The platform operates through smart contracts that represent physical commodity units (e.g., one token = one metric ton of soybeans), with custody and verification provided by regulated third parties. Revenue is generated through tokenization and management fees for institutional commodity financing and trading.

Justoken tokenizes physical commodities including soybeans, corn, cotton, soybean oil, and energy into blockchain-based digital assets, primarily on Polygon. The platform combines blockchain infrastructure with geospatial intelligence and AI for end-to-end asset tokenization, monitoring, and financing, focusing on Latin American agriculture and energy markets.

Justoken (formerly Agrotoken) is an enterprise-grade Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform based in the United Kingdom.
