CREDITSB, issued by Universal Demeter Limited, is a tokenized financial-fund interest that represents a digital claim on a real-world asset within Justoken's Real World Asset tokenization platform for commodities, energy, and natural resources [S1][S2].

The token tracks the spot price of an agricultural commodity, linking holders' economic exposure to verifiable real-time commodity data sourced through Justoken's stack of blockchain, geospatial intelligence, and artificial intelligence [S1][S2]. The issuer frames such tokens as digital representations of physical commodities, agricultural production, and related real-world assets carrying verifiable digital collateral [S1][S2]. The interest is structured as a tokenized financial fund within the issuer's commodity and natural-resource product lines [S2].

The Justoken platform is operated by Universal Demeter Limited, publicly associated with Buenos Aires, Argentina, where the issuer's flagship products are deployed with Argentine and Latin American partners [S1][S2]. For its tokenized-fund line, the issuer references Argentina's securities regulator, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), citing its Landtoken fund as the first tokenized financial fund with CNV regulatory approval [S2]. The holder's claim is characterized as an interest in a tokenized financial fund backed by real-world assets, including agricultural production turned into financial digital assets with verifiable digital collateral [S1][S2].

Justoken provides end-to-end infrastructure for tokenizing, monitoring, trading, and financing real-world assets, from origination through liquidation, linking tokens to verifiable real-world data [S1]. The issuer names the XRP Ledger (XRPL), a public Layer-1 blockchain, as the network for its flagship energy product deployed via the YPF Luz partnership [S1][S3].

Tokenized funds

The platform operates through smart contracts that represent physical commodity units (e.g., one token = one metric ton of soybeans), with custody and verification provided by regulated third parties. Revenue is generated through tokenization and management fees for institutional commodity financing and trading.

Justoken tokenizes physical commodities including soybeans, corn, cotton, soybean oil, and energy into blockchain-based digital assets, primarily on Polygon. The platform combines blockchain infrastructure with geospatial intelligence and AI for end-to-end asset tokenization, monitoring, and financing, focusing on Latin American agriculture and energy markets.

Justoken (formerly Agrotoken) is an enterprise-grade Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform based in the United Kingdom.
