Ether.Fi SEZC states that it does not receive, transmit, store, hold, custody, control, buy, sell, or exchange any digital asset in connection with the Liquid Reserve operations, and that the strategies operate through Veda [S1].

Ether.Fi SEZC, a Special Economic Zone Company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands, issues the token [S1]. The company states that it does not provide or offer any financial services or financial products, and it makes no representations with respect to Veda's services, including its vaults [S1]. The holder's claim is a vault share whose strategies are operated through the third-party Veda infrastructure at the holder's own risk [S1]. The Liquid Service is prohibited to residents and citizens of the United States and the United Kingdom [S1].

The vault is accessed through the ether.fi application, where holders deposit supported assets into strategies that automate allocation, rebalancing, and compounding across selected decentralized finance opportunities [S2]. Ether.Fi SEZC operates the interface, while the underlying vault strategies are executed through the third-party Veda smart contract system [S1][S2].
