Djed is an algorithmic stablecoin protocol on Cardano issued by COTI in partnership with IOG, backed by ADA and a reserve coin (SHEN).
How does Djed work?
Djed (dUSD) is minted/redeemed against ADA collateral with a reserve ratio buffer maintained by SHEN reserve coin holders.
Who governs Djed?
Djed is operated by COTI; the protocol is governed by SHEN holders within reserve-ratio bounds.
