DIA-KD-COL1, issued by Ctrl Alt Solutions FZCO, is a tokenized commodity instrument that gives institutional holders allocated exposure to Diamonds: KD Collection 1, with certified physical holdings structured through a dedicated legal vehicle. [S1][S2]

DIA-KD-COL1 represents an allocated interest in Diamonds: KD Collection 1 (DIA-KD-COL1), a physical commodity held through a separate legal entity in which investors are shareholders rather than held by the issuer. [S2][S3] The holding is asset-backed and not income-generating, so no dividend, distribution, or yield accrual applies. [S1][S4] Holders bear fees disclosed on the platform and detailed in trade confirmations, which may include transfer, registration, exchange, and settlement charges plus applicable tax. [S5]

Ctrl Alt Solutions FZCO, registered in Dubai DMCC and licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority for Broker Dealer and Issuer Services, structures each asset through a dedicated vehicle such as an SPV, fund, or protected cell company. [S4][S2][S3] Investors hold shares in that separate entity, so the underlying assets are segregated from the issuer and Ctrl Alt has no claim to them. [S2] Access is restricted to professional clients, eligible counterparties, and institutional investors. [S2][S4] No guaranteed redemption mechanism applies, and holders may be required to hold for an indefinite period. [S5] Digital-asset custody is provided through Ripple institutional-grade custody technology. [S1][S6]

Tokens in this class are issued onchain on the XRP Ledger operated by Ripple. [S1][S6] Ctrl Alt provides the technology to mint the issuance, run compliance and KYC and AML checks, and perform real-time cap-table management. [S7][S3] Settlement occurs through onchain transactions and smart contracts enabling digital issuance, transfer, and immediate settlement while preserving traditional oversight. [S3][S8]
