CROS, issued by AgriFintech Financial Technologies Inc., is a tokenized commodity representing a digital claim of right on physical soybeans, with each token corresponding to one kilogram of the underlying agricultural commodity [S1][S2][S3].

Each CROS token tracks the market price of Soybean, with token value determined in relation to the price of the underlying physical agricultural commodity and changing as that commodity's price changes [S3][S4]. Holders gain or lose purely from commodity price movements; the product is price-tracking with no dividends, distributions, NAV accrual, coupon, or rebasing [S2][S3]. Backing is maintained at a 1:1 ratio, with one kilogram of commodity held per token [S3][S5].

AgriFintech Financial Technologies Inc., trading as Cropto, is incorporated in Turkey and registered in Istanbul under Mersis number 0009179870300001 [S1]. The issuer states it is not authorized or regulated by any regulatory authority or securities acts of any country [S2]. The tokens are not securities and provide no ownership rights, no voting power, no dividends, and no claim on company assets [S2]. Marketing pages state anyone worldwide can buy the tokens online in any amount [S6][S4]. The issuer references the ability to facilitate redemption of tokenized assets into physical products [S3][S7]. Reserves are held in audited warehouses, verified by periodic Proof of Reserve reports [S8][S9].

The commodity tokens follow the ERC-20 standard, indexed to real-world assets within an Ethereum smart-contract environment [S10]. Minting follows a reserve-first workflow: the physical commodity is acquired and stored in an audited warehouse before the token is issued, maintaining alignment between onchain supply and offchain reserves [S3][S5]. Tokens trade on third-party exchanges and on CroptoDEX [S4][S11].
