ComTech Gold is a United Arab Emirates entity licensed and regulated under the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (DAFZA), with gold custody operations endorsed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) [S1][S3]. Each token confers allocated title to physical gold, transferring to a legal heir upon a holder's death subject to due diligence [S2]. Each token represents one troy ounce of gold and is a direct claim on the issuer.

The metal is held in vaults in the United Arab Emirates operated by Transguard on a segregated basis.

Retail investors, professional investors, accredited investors, qualified investors, qualified purchasers, and institutions can mint and redeem directly with ComTech after completing KYC, and holders have a contractual right to redeem for physical delivery of the metal or its cash value.

ComTech FZCO is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

Holder terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, with disputes heard in the United Arab Emirates.
