Tokenized BNY Mellon Global Short-Dated High Yield Bond Fund (HYBOND) is a token providing exposure to a tokenized fund issued by OpenEden through OpenEden Digital Limited and managed by Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited. Each token is a collateral-backed contractual exposure rather than a direct claim on the issuer. The fund is open-ended, invests in corporate credit in global markets, keeps its assets in accounts segregated from the issuer's own funds, and charges a 1% annual management fee. Its assets sit with BNY, which also administers the fund. Professional investors and institutions can mint and redeem directly with OpenEden in USDC after completing KYC, and holders have a right to redeem at net asset value with two-to-five-business-day settlement. OpenEden Digital Limited is incorporated in Bermuda, is licensed under the Bermuda Digital Asset Business Act, and is supervised by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).
