How does Auxite work?

Who governs Auxite?
Auxite is a tokenized precious-metals platform operated by Aurum Ledger Ltd, a Hong Kong-based custody-focused infrastructure provider that gives institutional investors access to fully allocated gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
