aHyperBTC, issued by Hyperithm and tokenized by Accountable, is a tokenized active-strategy vault interest whose shares represent proportional ownership of an onchain vault running a delta-neutral yield strategy on Coinbase Wrapped BTC (cbBTC) [S1][S2].

Each token is a vault share whose price starts at 1.00 and appreciates as the delta-neutral cbBTC strategy earns yield, with returns accruing into share price rather than paid as separate distributions and no rebasing [S2][S3]. Expected Net APY equals Native APY plus Ecosystem Rewards minus the Performance Fee [S2]. Holders bear a Performance fee charged on accrued yield above a high-water mark, and configurable Management, Establishment, and Prepayment fees, all minted as shares [S1][S2].

The vault manager is the economic issuer and Accountable provides the tokenization and verification infrastructure rather than issuing as principal [S1][S4]. Holders receive vault shares representing proportional ownership, converted at the current share price on withdrawal to return principal plus accrued yield [S2]. Access is configurable per vault across permissionless, whitelisting, and KYC models, with eligible jurisdictions selectable and restricted territories blocked [S5][S1]. Redemption uses an ERC-7540 asynchronous withdrawal queue with FIFO ordering and fulfillment-time pricing [S1][S6]. Principal is not guaranteed and no deposit insurance is offered [S3][S2].

Vault shares are ERC-4626 tokens extended with ERC-7540 for asynchronous deposit and redemption, issued natively on Monad [S7][S1]. Shares mint on deposit through the vault contract and redeem via a request-and-fulfill queue processed as liquidity permits [S7][S6]. Share price is driven by NAV attested through Accountable's Data Verification Network [S3][S1].
