The Role

We’re hiring a Protocol Partnerships Manager (Account Executive) to expand Token Terminal’s coverage universe across apps and blockchains.

Your goal: bring more protocols and chains into the Token Terminal ecosystem.
You’ll identify high-quality projects, build relationships with their core teams, and lead them end-to-end—from first outreach to integration, partnership, and long-term collaboration.

This is a hybrid role that blends sales, ecosystem development, and technical consultation.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand the ecosystem: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new app and chain partners to Token Terminal.
  • Own the full partnership cycle: Research/discovery → outreach → negotiation → integration support.
  • Build trust with builders: Engage directly with protocol teams, BD leads, and analytics contributors to understand needs and deliver value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with data engineering, research, and product teams to ensure integrations meet quality standards.
  • Represent externally: Join ecosystem calls, conferences, and online events to champion standardized data.
  • Be the partner voice: Gather feedback from integrated projects to shape our roadmap and improve partner experience.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle sales or partnership experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or research platforms.
  • 2+ years in crypto (DeFi, infra, L1/L2 familiarity).
  • Strong grasp of how blockchains/protocols generate value and how on-chain metrics tell that story.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action; comfortable running your own pipeline end-to-end.
  • Excellent communicator—equally at ease in technical deep-dives and strategic BD conversations.
  • Industry relationships are a plus; curiosity and persistence matter more.
  • Knowledge of SQL/data pipelines is a big plus (not required).
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM; data-savvy and comfortable in analytical discussions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Primary: Number of new protocols onboarded per quarter.
  • Secondary: Relationship depth/expansion within integrated ecosystems; integration quality and satisfaction.

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission structure tied to results in partner onboarding and growth.
