KyberSwap is a non-custodial exchange protocol & aggregator built on Ethereum and other adjacent blockchains. KyberSwap was founded by Loi Luu and Victor Tran in 2017.

KNC tokenholders own and govern the protocol. They currently take a cut of the total trading fees paid by traders (revenue). Kyber Network raised $52 million in an ICO in 2017.
