Toro operates using Sei's Layer-1 infrastructure to achieve 380ms finality times and leverages a hybrid AMM model with oracle bands to prevent price manipulation. The platform implements isolated risk controls per trading pair, dynamic funding rates based on skew and utilization ratios, and a liquidity waterfall system that prioritizes liquidation auctions and insurance funds over auto-deleveraging.

The platform provides a perpetual DEX offering sub-second finality trading with comprehensive risk management features including isolated markets, oracle-anchored price bands, and multi-level risk buffers. It delivers a CEX-like trading experience while maintaining full on-chain transparency and decentralization, supporting 20,000 TPS through Sei's parallelized EVM architecture.

Toro DEX is a decentralized perpetual derivatives exchange built on the Sei blockchain, focused on combining institutional-grade risk management with high-speed trading execution.
