Monthly active users (MAU) measures the number of unique addresses that initiated at least one transaction on the Sonic blockchain within a rolling 30-day period. This metric provides insight into user engagement and platform adoption for the Sonic ecosystem. The calculation uses HyperLogLog probabilistic counting for efficient computation of distinct users across large datasets and implements a rolling window approach to calculate MAU for each day by looking back 30 days from that date.Learn more
