Sivo originates short-duration, collateral-backed receivables — cash advances against delayed payouts across the gig and SMB economy — and tokenizes them as the yield-bearing sivoUSDX token on Ethereum.

Sivo is a tokenized private-credit issuer. Its sivoUSDX token provides on-chain exposure to a pool of short-duration real-world receivables, with NAV appreciation driven by the underlying credit.

Sivo (operating as Headless Finance) is a Y Combinator-backed debt-as-a-service platform providing programmatic lending and capital infrastructure for fintechs, gig workers and merchants.
