MELI Dolar (MUSD) is a U.S. dollar stablecoin issued by Mercado Libre through Meli ISAC Ltd.

Reserves are held in cash and money market funds, in segregated accounts within a bankruptcy-remote structure, attested monthly by The Network Firm LLP.

Retail investors and institutions can mint and redeem directly with Mercado Libre in USD after completing KYC, and holders have a contractual right to redeem at par.

Meli ISAC Ltd. is incorporated in Bermuda, is licensed under the Bermuda Digital Asset Business Act, and is supervised by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA).

Holder terms are governed by the law of Bermuda.

MUSD has been issued on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token since February 2024.
