Supply-side fees

Supply-side fees measures the share of fees that is distributed to service providers, specifically liquidity providers (such as GLP holders in GMX V1 and GM pool liquidity providers in GMX V2). This metric is used to evaluate the economic incentives and yield generated for capital providers who secure the protocol's trading liquidity. Fees are accumulated from spot trading, perpetual trading, borrowing, and liquidations, with a designated percentage allocated to the supply side based on governance-configured fee splits. The remaining portion of fees is retained as protocol revenue.Learn more
