Bridgetower structures each offering as a Reg D 506(c) private placement for accredited investors, mints a permissioned ERC-3643 security token against the underlying asset, and handles KYC, subscription and transfer-agent functions. Tokens carry a lockup before becoming transferable on a regulated ATS.

Bridgetower tokenizes hard-asset and specialty-finance offerings. Its live product is AZX1, a token referencing in-situ copper and gold mineral resources at an Arizona property operated by Dominion Oil & Mineral Exploration, LLC (DOM X).

Bridgetower is a US tokenization platform that structures and issues real-world asset offerings on public blockchains. Its first offering, DOM X Arizona Copper-Gold Token (AZX1), is issued by DOMEBRIDGE AZ, LLC with Bridgetower US, Inc. as sub-advisor.
