`retrieved_at`	`TIMESTAMP`	When the issuer’s documents were read for this row.
`<term>_status`	`STRING`	The status of every term, one companion per term column, including the registry and warehouse facts with no evidence column: `disclosed` when the term has a value, `not_available` when the term applies to the asset’s sector and its value is null, and `not_applicable` when the term is out of scope for the asset’s sector.
`website`	`STRING`	The issuer page that names this token; naming the instrument is enough, the page need not link its terms.
`claim_type`	`STRING`	What a holder holds. `issuer_sponsored`: a direct claim on or ownership of the issuer’s instrument. `synthetic_collateralized`: a contractual exposure backed by dedicated collateral. `synthetic_uncollateralized`: a contractual exposure without it.
`issuance_status`	`STRING`	Whether the issuer still creates the token. `active`, `paused` (issuance suspended, redemption open), `legacy_redemption_only` or `sunset`.
`sector`	`ARRAY<STRING>`	Sectors of the underlying exposure (`information_technology`, `financials`, `government_debt`, `commodities`), not of the tokenization provider. Tokenized funds and tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`region`	`ARRAY<STRING>`	Regions of the underlying economic exposure (`north_america`, `europe`, `greater_china`, `global`), not the issuer domicile. Tokenized funds and tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`reference_ratio`	`FLOAT64`	Units of the reference asset one token represents by design (1 for a dollar stablecoin, 1 troy ounce for a gold token). Null when the token tracks a floating NAV.
`reserve_composition`	`ARRAY<STRING>`	Asset categories in the reserve backing a stablecoin, from the latest attestation (`cash`, `bank_deposits`, `treasury_bills`, `repurchase_agreements`, `money_market_funds`, `commercial_paper`, `corporate_bonds`, `precious_metals`, `crypto_assets`, `secured_loans`, `other`). Stablecoins only; null elsewhere.
`issuer_legal_entity`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Legal name of the entity that issues the token to the holders the document governs, distinct from its parent, manager, platform and distributors. One element per issuing entity, keyed by the jurisdiction it issues under, `value` typed `STRING`.
`affiliate_entity`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Legal name of a group entity of the issuer that contracts with, or is licensed to serve, holders in one market under that market’s own holder document without issuing the token, such as the Singapore affiliate behind a Singapore addendum. Never an issuer: `issuer_legal_entity`, `domicile`, `issuer_lei` and `issuer_cik` hold issuers only. One element per affiliate, keyed by the market whose document names it, `value` typed `STRING`.
`domicile`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Incorporation country of the issuing entity, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. One element per issuing entity, keyed by the jurisdiction it issues under, `value` typed `STRING`.
`governing_law`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Country whose law governs the contract between holder and issuer, or the affiliate a market document makes the counterparty, from the governing-law clause of the holder document, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2; the law chosen may differ from the key, terms for US holders governed by Singapore law reading jurisdiction `US` with `value` `SG`. One element per entity, keyed by the jurisdiction the issuer issues under or the market of the affiliate, `value` typed `STRING`.
`governing_law_subdivision`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	State, province or canton named in the governing-law clause (Delaware, New York, Zug), ISO 3166-2. Null when the clause names only a country. One element per entity, keyed by the jurisdiction the issuer issues under or the market of the affiliate, `value` typed `STRING`.
`dispute_resolution_country`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Country of the court or arbitration seat named in the dispute-resolution clause of the holder document, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. One element per entity, keyed by the jurisdiction the issuer issues under or the market of the affiliate, `value` typed `STRING`.
`regulatory_framework`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Regime under which the instrument is issued or offered to the holders the document governs (`us_reg_d`, `us_reg_s`, `us_money_transmitter`, `us_national_trust_bank`, `eu_mica`, `eu_prospectus`, `ch_dlt_act`, `sg_mas`, `unregulated` and the other regimes of the closed list), not the licence of a distributor; every regime attached to that entity’s offering keeps the key of the entity it attaches to, so `us_reg_s` on a BVI issuer sits under `VG` and `sg_mas` held by a Singapore affiliate sits under `SG`. `regulator`	`ARRAY<STRUCT>`	Supervisory authority of the issuer, of an affiliate a market’s holder document names, or of the instrument, every authority supervising that entity or named by its holder document. One element per entity, keyed by the jurisdiction the issuer issues under or the market of the affiliate, `value` typed `ARRAY<STRING>`.
`bankruptcy_remote`	`BOOL`	True when a legal document states that the backing assets sit outside the issuer estate on insolvency (trust, bankruptcy-remote vehicle, statutory segregation).
`account_segregation`	`BOOL`	True when a document states that backing or holder assets are held in accounts segregated from the issuer’s operating funds.
`mica_marker`	`STRING`	Classification under MiCA by legal nature and peg, independent of authorization: `emt_by_peg`, `art_by_peg`, `other_crypto_asset` or `out_of_scope_financial_instrument`.
`voting_rights`	`BOOL`	True when token holders can vote or direct the votes of the underlying shares. Tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`dividend_eligibility`	`BOOL`	True when token holders are entitled to dividends or distributions declared on the underlying share. Tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`platform`	`STRING`	Tokenization platform, when distinct from the legal issuer.
`manager`	`STRING`	Investment manager of a tokenized fund. Tokenized funds only; null elsewhere.
`sub_advisor`	`STRING`	Delegated investment adviser of a tokenized fund, when disclosed. Tokenized funds only; null elsewhere.
`custodian`	`STRING`	Institution holding the real-world assets that back the token. Several providers are separated by semicolons.
`crypto_custodian`	`STRING`	Third party holding the keys that control the token contract, mint authority or issuer treasury wallets.
`fund_administrator`	`STRING`	Provider that calculates NAV and keeps the fund books. Tokenized funds only; null elsewhere.
`transfer_agent`	`STRING`	Transfer agent of record for the legal holder register of the security or share class. Tokenized funds and tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.

`broker`	`ARRAY<STRING>`	Executing brokers named for the token, traditional or crypto, one element per executing broker. Tokenized funds and tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`auditor`	`STRING`	Firm that audits or attests the backing of the token or, for a native share, the issuer’s financial statements.
`attestation_frequency`	`STRING`	Cadence of published reserve attestations or audits: `daily`, `weekly`, `monthly`, `quarterly`, `annual`, `irregular` or `none`. Stablecoins only; null elsewhere.
`security_trustee`	`STRING`	Trustee or security agent holding collateral or a security interest for token holders, typical of notes and certificates. Tokenized funds and tokenized stocks only; null elsewhere.
`storage_location`	`ARRAY<STRING>`	Countries of the vaults holding the physical commodity, ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. Tokenized commodities only; null elsewhere.
`primary_route`	`STRING`	How a holder enters and exits directly on the issuer side, which the other primary-market columns refer to: `issuer_mint_redeem`, `fund_subscription`, `transfer_agent_conversion`, `issuer_operated_venue` or `none`.
