}Get fact sheet field definitions
Retrieve titles, definitions and option descriptions for public disclosure fields, keyed by field ID. Match a disclosure to data[field_id] and its stored option ID to data[field_id].values[option_id].
Fetch once and reuse across assets. An empty values object means no option metadata is recorded. This endpoint accepts no query parameters and does not include token standard or token permission definitions.
The response example is abbreviated; expand the schema to browse all fields and recorded options.
