> ## Agent Instructions
> To query the Token Terminal data catalog, read https://tokenterminal.com/docs/catalog/agents-manual.md first. It is the whole catalog as one page: table naming grammar, key columns, partition and cluster rules, units, additivity, and the tables that are documented but not served yet.
> Never query a catalog table on a time bound alone. Also filter its cluster key, which you read from INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS; an empty result means the object is a view, whose pruning contract is on its page. Compute is billed to the caller's own Google Cloud project.

# Disclosures

> Issuer-disclosed legal, regulatory and market terms of every real-world asset, each value with its evidence.

`dimensions.asset_disclosures` is what an issuer discloses about a tokenized asset in its own documents: the legal entity that issues it, its domicile, the law and the regulator it answers to, its custodian, auditor and transfer agent, how a holder subscribes and redeems, the fees and minimums, and its identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, FIGI, LEI). One row per asset, one typed column per term, and for every researched or looked-up term a companion `<term>_evidence` column with the confidence, reasoning and citations (url, title, verbatim excerpts) behind the value.

A term that differs by holder jurisdiction is an `ARRAY<STRUCT<jurisdiction, value>>` over `GLOBAL`, `US`, `EEA`, `UK`, `CH` and `SG`: `GLOBAL` is the issuer's general holder document, and a market element is present only when the issuer publishes a separate holder document for that market. Its evidence column is an `ARRAY<STRUCT<jurisdiction, confidence, reasoning, citations>>` with one element per jurisdiction; every other evidence column is a single `STRUCT<confidence, reasoning, citations>`, and `citations` is an `ARRAY<STRUCT<url, title, excerpts>>`.
