Tokenized assets

Arbitrum tokenized assets are the Assets layer under the tokenized instrument types: stocks, funds and commodities. Each one tracks an underlying instrument named in dimensions.reference_assets, and metrics.asset_tokens_daily carries the daily supply and holders of its Arbitrum deployments.
