Saddle Finance is a non-custodial exchange protocol built on Ethereum. Saddle Finance was founded by Sunil Srivatsa and launched in 2020. The Saddle DAO has ceased operations and a governance proposal has passed to airdrop the DAO treasury to SDL/veSDL token holders.

Saddle Finance team & investors own and govern the protocol. They do not currently take a cut of the total trading fees paid by traders (revenue). Saddle's investors include Polychain Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Alameda Research, etc.
