## About

### What it is

RIB Digital issues the Royal Euro Token (REUR), a EUR-referenced stable-value token engineered for fast settlement across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and Tron. REUR is designed to track 1:1 to the Euro, subject to reserve sufficiency and redemption terms set by the issuer.

### Who uses it

The RIB Digital Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-incorporated issuer of stable-value crypto-assets operating under the rcoins brand, focused on fiat-referenced settlement tokens for cross-border payments.

### How it works

RIB Digital mints REUR on demand and earns revenue from issuance/redemption flows and treasury yield on the underlying euro reserves. The bulk of supply is held in issuer-controlled treasury addresses and released into circulation through OTC and partner integrations rather than direct on-chain sale.
