### What it is

PredictEX is a leveraged sports prediction market on Base. Launched in private alpha in late 2025, it lets users trade on live sports outcomes with leverage. Trades are settled on-chain through a perpetuals manager contract (PerpetualManagerProxy).

### Who uses it

Retail sports traders seeking leveraged exposure to game outcomes across major leagues (NFL, CFB, NBA, MLB, NHL, EPL, IPL and UFC).

### How it works

Users buy and sell outcome contracts on sporting events. Positions can be opened with leverage through PredictEX's perpetuals-style engine, giving exposure beyond deposited capital. Markets settle on real-world results and the protocol earns fees on trading activity.
