GTC tokenholders own and govern the protocol. They currently take a cut of the total funding paid by funders (revenue). Gitcoin's investors include Paradigm, Ethereum Foundation, 1kx, etc.

### How it works

Applicants apply for grants or bounties and receive funds from funders (supply-side fees).
