### What it is

Colb (Colb Finance) is a platform for tokenizing real-world assets on-chain. It issues tokenized exposure to private companies and pre-IPO equities (e.g. Colb SpaceX, Colb Anthropic, Colb Revolut) through on-chain liquid-strategy (LS) contracts deployed by its RWA LSFactory, and operates a USD-pegged stablecoin ($USC). Contracts are deployed across BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon and Moonbeam.

### How it works

Each tokenized asset is a strategy contract deployed via Colb's RWA LSFactory and tracks the value of an underlying real-world asset through dedicated price oracles and aggregators. Token holders gain economic exposure to the underlying; a USD-pegged stablecoin ($USC) and a Chainlink CCIP portal support settlement and cross-chain transfers.
